Pre-registration is required by Friday, October 5, 2012. After Friday, October 5, 2012, all registrations will be handled on-site, as space allows, with applicable late registration fees.

Cancellations / Refunds / Substitutions
The deadline for canceling or substituting registrations is Friday, October 5, 2012. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after Friday, October 5, 2012. Add-on activities / tours / transportation fees / learning excursions are non-refundable unless activity is cancelled.

Add-On Activities / Tours / Learning Excursions
Pre-registration is required by Monday, September 24, 2012 for add-on activities / tours / Learning Excursions. Please note that a minimum number of participants are required for some activities to operate. Registration fees for these activities are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled or sold out. There will be a CREW Connection Center located near the Registration Desk where tickets can be traded or sold (trading and selling is not facilitated by the CREW Network staff and is the responsibility of the individual.)
NOTE: All add-on activities / tours / Learning Excursions will leave from the Hilton Chicago.
Casual business attire (slacks, sweaters, jackets) is appropriate for the convention sessions and luncheons.
The CREW Network Thursday evening dinner is business attire.
Optional tours/learning excursions call for comfortable casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
