Registration Deadline
Pre-registration is required by Friday, October 5, 2012. After Friday, October 5, 2012, all registrations will be handled on-site, as space allows, with applicable late registration fees.

Confirmations
Convention registration confirmations will be emailed from the CREW Network office for those who register by Friday, October 5, 2012. If you register by this date, but do not receive a confirmation, please call CREW Network at (785) 832-1808
Cancellations / Refunds / Substitutions
The deadline for canceling or substituting registrations is Friday, October 5, 2012. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be submitted in writing to crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after Friday, October 5, 2012. Add-on activities / tours / transportation fees / learning excursions are non-refundable unless activity is cancelled.

Hotel Reservations
Reserve your room either by phone or online by September 30, 2012 to guarantee the special convention rate! Reservations made after this date or after the contracted block of rooms is full, will be based on space and rate availability.

Add-On Activities / Tours / Learning Excursions
Pre-registration is required by Monday, September 24, 2012 for add-on activities / tours / Learning Excursions. Please note that a minimum number of participants are required for some activities to operate. Registration fees for these activities are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled or sold out. There will be a CREW Connection Center located near the Registration Desk where tickets can be traded or sold (trading and selling is not facilitated by the CREW Network staff and is the responsibility of the individual.)
NOTE: All add-on activities / tours / Learning Excursions will leave from the Hilton Chicago.
Convention Attire
Casual business attire (slacks, sweaters, jackets) is appropriate for the convention sessions and luncheons.
The CREW Network Thursday evening dinner is business attire.
Optional tours/learning excursions call for comfortable casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes.
