CREW Network members2012 CREW Network Delegates should begin registering now to attend the 2012 CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit & Council Meeting scheduled for February 2 – 3 in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM (near Albuquerque).

In addition to chapter delegates, all CREW Network members interested in enhancing their leadership skills and in serving in local and national CREW Network leadership roles are encouraged to attend the 2012 Winter Leadership Summit and Council Meeting.

The meeting will take place at the unique Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa, located on the banks of the Rio Grande within the ancient lands of the Native American Pueblo of Santa Ana.  Situated between Santa Fe (40 minutes away) and Albuquerque (20 minutes away) at the base of the Sandia Mountains, the resort reflects the rich history of the Tamayame.

Please share this information with all of your 2012 Board Members and Delegates to ensure their notification.

Follow these steps:
Step 1 – Registration
Step 2 – Airport Transportation Form
Step 3 – Hotel Reservation
Step 4 – Take "Leadership Potential Indicator Assessment"

Step 1: Register
Online registration is now closed for the 2012 CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit & Council Meeting.

Registration fees:

$200 DELEGATE
$250 MEMBER
$400 NON-MEMBER

Step 2: Schedule Transportation
Fly into Albuquerque; Airport Transportation Reservations

CREW Network recommends securing transportation between the airport and the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort through the Hyatt's destination management company – "HospiTotally at the Hyatt Tamaya".  The price includes ground transportation, gratuity, meet-and-greet in the baggage area, luggage assistance, escort to waiting vehicle, and departure notices.  You may use a taxi, but a one way taxi fare is close to (or more than) the price of a round trip reservation with HospiTotally.

Be sure to reserve transportation BOTH ways.  It is extremely difficult to get a taxi to pick you up at the resort and take you to the airport, as taxis do not service this area regularly.

Download the transportation form HERE. You may either fax or email your completed form to HospiTotally at 505-348-3221 or transfers@southwesthospitotally.com.  Call HospiTotally at 505-348-3220 if you do not receive an emailed confirmation after 48-hours (weekdays).

Step 3: Reserve Your Hotel Room Now
The 2012 CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit and Council Meeting will take place at the:

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa
1300 Tuyuna Trail
Santa Ana Pueblo, NM 87004
Phone for general inquiries: 1-505-867-1234

Reservations can be made online OR by calling 1-888-421-1442 or 402-592-6464.  Be sure to state you are with CREW Network.

Hotel reservations must be made by Tuesday, January 10, 2012 to receive the discounted room rate!  Reservations made after this date or after the contracted block of rooms is full, will be based on space and rate availability.  Your patronage of the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa makes it possible to secure discounted room rates as well as meeting space for this event.

Group rate:  $134 + tax King or Double (state and local taxes are currently 13.75%).  The daily resort fee has been waived for CREW Network attendees.

NEW DELEGATE TRAINING
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

New Delegate Training will be conducted Thursday, February 2 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm.  All new Delegates should plan to arrive on Thursday in time to attend the training.

All returning delegates are welcome to attend the New Delegate Training as well.  If you are unable to attend the training, you are encouraged to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception later that evening as this is a wonderful time to catch up with other delegates and learn all about their current chapter activities.

WELCOME RECEPTION
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

This is an important opportunity for delegates and chapter leaders to connect with their counterparts across North America and expand business and chapter networks.  Learn what other chapters are doing to provide value to their members and to establish their presence in their local commercial real estate community.  Business cards are a "must" at this event.

BOARD HOSTED DINE AROUNDS
(Delegates and Chapter Presidents only)
Evening

The board hosted dine-arounds provide the chapter delegates/alternate delegates and chapter presidents the opportunity to have dinner and network with their CREW Network board member and CREW Network Foundation trustee liaisons in order to discuss CREW Network initiatives as well as chapter successes and challenges.  The designated attendees will pre-register for this event and will be pre-assigned a restaurant location.  The process of splitting the check will be the same for both the board hosted dine-arounds and the Friday night dine-arounds.  For the 2012 CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit & Council Meeting, dine-arounds will be close to the resort, as well as in Albuquerque.  CREW Network will provide buses for participants for the short ride into Albuquerque.
